I had a very frustrating experience with this property management company. They attempted to purchase the house I’m currently living in and dragged us through a long, stressful back-and-forth with our landlord. Throughout the process, they were disorganized and unprofessional. We were lied to multiple times, rushed to sign paperwork with changing deadlines, and sent incorrect documents not once, but twice. They also had several hidden fees that weren’t disclosed upfront. They even made me ask my boss to sign documents on my behalf, which was completely unnecessary and put me in an awkward position. On top of that, I had to pay a $60 application fee—only for them to back out on the day we signed the lease. The entire situation was a waste of time, money, and energy. I would not recommend working with this company based on how poorly everything was handled.
