Called these guys as they were in my local area. Came round to fix my leaking taps but couldn't do it first go. Told me I need to replace them & told me which ones to get from bunnings. Got the taps they suggested & they came around a 2nd time to fit them. All was good on the day, but now 6-8 weeks later the new taps are dripping and wasting water as well. I think they're cool people, but accurate diagnosis and troubleshooting obviously aint there. Also the worker kept getting calls to hurry up & get to the next job, so I'm guessing the work he did may have been done in haste. Not giving them a 3rd chance. Life is to short to take time off for tradies who can't get it right. Will try another in the local area. 3 stars for good communication, punctuality & a fair price. 2 stars off for not cleaning up properly afterwards & just not fixing the fault.

Sydney Reliance Plumbing are the building plumbers at my apartment block. Recently I had an emergency where a pipe was drilled into. Chris and the team responded immediately and fixed the issue, with no notice. I have used them before and every time has been a great experience. Good quality work combined with friendly service. Chris was such a massive help today when we had nowhere else to turn! We had some plumbers come to our building on a Friday to fix something unrelated to our unit. After they left, things for us went totally haywire. Our water pressure became basically just a dribble, our toilet was constantly running water into it, and the hot water stopped working. The other plumbers had already left, our real estate agent wasn’t responding outside of business hours, we didn’t know what to do! Saturday morning we called Chris, and he and his business partner were here to help us within the hour. He fixed all of our issues - hot water was back on, water was flowing through the taps properly, and water stopped flowing through the toilet. He also was really friendly and did the job super quickly! Thanks so much Chris, we would’ve been totally stuffed without your assistance. Totally recommend this business to anyone who needs a great plumber and wants efficient & friendly service!
