Carsten UthI just engaged All Line Plumbing to do a sewer line encasement. Shane came out for a site inspection and Michael provided me with a quote and was prompt to respond to inquiries. Jay was on site and he was friendly, professional and did a fantastic job despite unforeseen circumstances. I can highly recommend All Line Plumbing. Detailed Review: I got 3 quotes for the sewer line encasement. All Line Plumbing was the only company that came out for a site inspection. All Line Plumbing - Shane came out and did site inspection and estimated the sewer line to be 2.4m down (I had mentioned to Shane that the engineer had estimated the sewer line to be deeper but these things are hard to estimate). The quote from All Line Plumbing had a appropriate number of exclusions but I got the impression that All Line Plumbing is reasonably approachable/flexible (I was mainly concerned about the depth). It turned out that the sewer line was located at 3.3m down and they had to go and get a bigger excavator which pushed the job out by half a day. This was clearly communicated to me (via Jay and Michael) and at no additional cost. Jay went above and beyond and did a great job. Company 2 - Slightly cheaper quote. They were going to come out and do a site inspection but the project manager was on leave. Company 2 had a very long list of exclusions and I felt that the job could end up getting very expensive if there were any issues with ground conditions and depth. Company 3 - Company 3 was recommended to me in a roundabout way and so I decided to get a quote. Company 3 did not offer to come out and do a site inspection and the quote only had a moderate number of exclusions but they were not very responsive (I asked for the quote to be updated to a depth of 2.4m which never happened so can't comment on final quote/price).
