EJ RussellI purchased five of the spray Fairy Platinum bottles at the cost of $37.50. Not cheap by any measure. But I liked the convenience of not having to squeeze a plastic bottle every time that I wash dishes. This was a thoughtfully designed product that made it easier to get through the chore of washing dishes. Then I read the Choice reviews of dishwashing detergents and I learn to my dismay that this product is equivalent to washing dishes with just plain water. I have to ask myself why would a company such Procter & Gamble put out a product that fails to meet the very task that people such as myself expect of it: clean the dishes. The answer: greed, dishonesty and plain thievery. I intend to call P&G this morning and demand that they refund me my $37.50. Woolies, won't. The excuse now at Woolies is that due to COVID-19 they no longer refund or exchange. Oh, but they can still sell you shonky products. I am then going to go to Aldi and buy the highly recommended Tandil Ultra which costs a fraction of the Fairy Platinum spray. Shame on you P&G.

Opened the product and had glass of water with 2 teaspoons of Metamucil.only to discover that it wasn't orange flavour. it was natural granular no flavour.u yuk. Immediately rang the chemist warehouse branch. Explained the story and mentioned that it was on a shelf with orange flavour product.no refund option as I'd opened it. Rang Procter and gamble and got exactly the same answer. Well guys. Guess what..your not getting my business ever again. Piss poor customer service. After being a long term customer that's it. bye bye two thumbs downđź‘Žđź‘Ž
