I have been ordering business cards, brochures, banners, shirts etc etc for so many years from Vistaprint, and have always found the service commendable. I've never had anything to complain about. Design has been easy, even with my technologically challenged skills. Help was always at hand. Quality and delivery times perfect. Recently I did have a problem with a banner, so it was my first experience with after sales customer service. It is the best I have ever encountered. I just had to email and received a very prompt response. I was asked for a photo which I was happy to send. Their team was so pleasant. A new banner was sent within a week. Well done Vistaprint!

Have ordered die cut boxes 4 times and each time their has been an issue. First order the color was off, customer service was helpful and gave a credit. Second order there was a shipping delay by a week. Third time the machine broke and bad to be fixed, resulting in a 2 month delay and minimal help from customer service. The forth time I called up a week before delivery was due to ensure it was still in schedule as the boxes needed to be made up and shipped with a 48 hour turn around. I was assured that the boxes would arrive on time. Delivery day came and they didn't arrive, called and was told they have been delayed, they could not tell me how long for. I had to find an alternative for the boxes. I asked to speak to someone higher than customer service and was never given a call or contacted. Boxes arrived a week later and were the wrong colour completely. Never again will I use their services
