Laura HiattOn Wednesday evening, our washer wouldn't drain. Found this company based on great reviews. Called Thursday AM to make an appointment to have a serviceman come look at our washer. Very nice lady answering the phone said she could have a technician out that afternoon between 12pm-2pm. Their service tech, Alex, was at our house at 12:45pm, and by 1:30pm he had replaced the drain pump on our washer, tested it for leaks, and was out the door for a very reasonable price. We appreciate the prompt service!! I highly recommend this company!! I will definitely keep their number for the inevitable next time.

His customer service was beyond helpful and I am grateful for his assistance. If any of your appliances are not functioning properly, I'd recommend these guys all day.
