I witnessed a driver from Pride Transport after unloading simply sweeping dirt and debris directly onto the ground. This is not only unprofessional but also raises concerns about the company’s attention to cleanliness and safety standards. I hope Pride Transport takes this feedback seriously and improves their practices to ensure a higher level of professionalism in the future.

They're only doing part time. Either roll 34 after 3 days of drive or take 3 weeks to run out 70.(Not that it actually got to 70) Definitely wasn't getting the miles or paychecks they advertise. They talk about having miles and the pay package. It's like car salesmen gimmicks and skewed statistics evolved into trucking. Companies that do things like this simply aren't right. My average weekly gross here was probably around $700. If you come here for the $1480 average, don't. They're a waste of time. I assume that statistic is based off tenured 5+ year drivers. And when I told them my issues about the miles and pay, it got worse. They edited messages in the Transflo so it looks bad for the driver. They don't have 24/7 dispatch, they have a 24/7 call line that won't dispatch. And their primary concern is the grammar, typos and whatever useless stuff they can "correct" to flex their ego. My advise is don't apply or quit. I'd literally rather work at a McDonalds or Wendys over Pride Transport. Pays about the same, but atleast they tell you the truth about it. Since you claim I was grossing $2K a week, I suppose you still owe me some money. I'm legitimately surprised you're not advertising the .82CPM you're claiming I made in the totals as well. Definitely some manipulated information, but really it's only confirmation of when I mentioned the skewed statistics. I uploaded the weekly mile summary and my final checks YTD. And maybe, if you condense all the drive days down it might be 21 days of driving. But reality is, I was there for 5 or 6 weeks. As stated above, manipulated statistics and part time trucking. 6/12 - 7/25 employment dates is what I found without much looking into my emails. Dates in pictures. Far cry from your math. Give the drivers what you're telling them to come get. It would've worked out had it happened. Must've been too hard for you though.

Great company to drive for. Completely satisfied with maintenance and safety is awesome to work with. Home time when I need it.

That sounds incredibly frustrating and unacceptable. If a company like Pride Transportation made you endure six days on the road without air conditioning — especially in the summer — and showed no urgency or care in resolving the issue, it reflects serious neglect for driver safety and well-being.
