This company’s truck driver forced me to back into oncoming traffic on a three lane road! They saw me turning in and and continued to turn and not let me in to the parking lot by blocking off the exit, wouldn’t back up even though they had the safest place to reverse and continued driving towards me forcing me out onto a busy three lane road in reverse which is illegal and proceeded to yell profanities at me. These guys should be fired, they are an accident waiting to happen and could kill someone.

One of their trucks hit my parked car while I was in it, and it's been a week but no one from the company has returned my calls or e-mails. Their accident reporting hotline is an unmanned line that rings and rings for 10 minutes before sending you to voicemail. The driver didn't apologize until a cop forced him to exchange information, and the company won't acknowledge I exist. Subpar customer service. Pro tip: parking lots are not obstacle courses.

Recently contracted by a large grocery chain and dispatch gets an F in any communication whatsoever. I mean seriously how is it I get hung up on every time I call. Drivers get an F in communication and timeless as well as keeping their load intact. Tell me why our trucks are arriving 8+ hours late with no good excuse. This company is all about the money and doesn’t give a single care about the drivers or the receiving end of the trucks. Not that one little review will matter but this company has managed to add to the reasons why this grocery company is a joke. Get your stuff together C. R. England we want Brisk back.
