I must be the lucky one who has had consistently TERRIBLE service at this dental clinic. The first time I came here, they failed to find my appointment booking in their system and completely wasted my time since I’d come in for an appointment that they hadn’t actually booked. When I showed them the email that they had sent me to book the appointment, they told me that they had accidentally overlooked my email and that it wasn’t booked and they were so sorry. I had booked this appointment months in advance because I knew that the wait time would be long and then I ended up having to wait for another two months. Then my next appointment was canceled for months because of damage to the building and renovations, and this pushed my appointment out by about another four months. They had been operating at another clinic, but had never booked me another appointment until the renovations were completed. By the time I came in for my follow up appointment, they told me that because I wanted Invisalign and I would be moving in 4 to 6 months that I would have to wait to book a consultation at a new dental office in the new city that I was moving to. Again, they wasted my time coming in for an appointment that was useless and I have now wasted $50 on Uber costs coming into appointments for no reason. This is completely unacceptable! My partner had informed them that we were moving in the next six months and they knew I was coming in for Invisalign, so could have easily informed me that I would need to wait to go to a new clinic six months from now when I actually move. TERRIBLE PROFESSIONALISM. Dr. B (whom I’ve never even actually seen the three times I’ve been here) actually clearly doesn’t care about repeatedly inconveniencing patients.

I am so thankful I found Dr. Bracanovich and her team. Having recently gone through a cancer diagnosis and extensive treatment, anything medical is very triggering. What I experienced was the highest level of kindness and compassion possible, while being the most thorough and professional dentist I have ever been a patient of. In my experience, it is very difficult to trust after medical trauma and Br. Bracanovich and her staff have mine completely. I consistently receive the best service and care with all the staff and especially Dr.Tanya Bracanovich, and today was no exception. I had an issue with a chipped tooth and they assessed my situation, quickly and efficiently eased my mind, ( as I thought it was worse than it really was) and fixed me up..They always go above and beyond! I’m always impressed with their excellent service and state of the art tools and equipment. I really cannot thank them mouth for always taking such good care of me.

If you are in need of a dentist absolutely come here. The entire staff is so friendly and welcoming. Dr.Ross and Jane are amazing, they really helped calm my anxiety and are so encouraging the whole appointment. I am normally so scared of dentists and anything medical but they put me right at ease every step of the way. I'm so glad I made that first appointment with them.
