Alfonzo and his team were incredible and take immense pride in their work. My husband and I just purchased a home and it needed a hefty amount of plumbing work done. We have raised foundation and the sump pump underneath the home was not functional which led to water pooling under the home. The piping underneath the home was a mess and the main line had a major offset. They were quick and efficient to completely resolve all the issues and took pride in doing so. There’s no more standing water underneath the home and we have an actual sump pump in a basin they created using a jackhammer because of the ground being solid rock. Alfonzo does a great job of updating customers and sends video and photos of the before and after. I really appreciate how transparent and honest this company is and will definitely continue to use them in the future. Their pricing is also really competitive. I was quoted a lot higher by other companies. I’m so glad I chose Premiere plumbing and I simply cannot recommend this company enough. They truly are a company you can trust!

This was literally my first time hiring a plumbing company - and I am a naturally suspicious person, especially when I don't know about something (which is pretty much every topic). This normally that would be a recipe for disaster... but it wasn't! At the very outset when I called Premier afer finding them on Yelp, I was grateful for the prompt but friendly response. From the nice gentleman who made me a same day appointment, to the exceedingly patient and helpful Alfonso (not sure about last name) who came and diagnosed the problem - and being willing to explain it as he went, to the great guys that fixed the problem - Mr. Omar and Mr. Francisco, all of it was stellar. I say this in spite of the fact that a job like this (with sewer line issues) is expensive! I cannot compare prices but based on conversations with my neighbors and several friends with similar work - the price was outstanding! Obviously plumbing is not my strong suit - so feel free to judge my perception of things with that in mind, but the work that was done appeared EXTREMELY professional, and all the participants (with the exception of my two children) were fantastic. This was a difficult job in the middle of the summer heat and not only did they gentlemen NOT complain, they were friendly, polite, and hardworking. I cannot say enough good things, and if it seems like I'm just gushing praise - it's because I mean it. **Note: I'm not sure the photos included will be in the right order - but assume that the pipes that look old and nasty are before the repair/replacement.

Amazing Service! Truly I couldn't Thank Nate and his Crew enough for coming out to fix my Clogged Up Sewer Pipe Lines at a very Short Notice! Something that would have taken 3-4 days, they were able to get it done in less than 2 days max! And The New Concrete they poured Looks Amazing! Wow, what a mess we had, 2 dysfunctional toilets and a “singing” house.(cause our water pressure was tooo high) Premier came, with one phone call, the day and hour they promised. Adrian fixed the initial problems and educated us on how to avoid further difficulties. He was so knowledgeable, respectful of our property and assisted us with another minor leak. We told him about the “singing” issue going on he easily discovered the problem and told us the solution which we immediately scheduled knowing if we didn’t, the greater damage potential was enormous. Adrian scheduled another appointment and Konstantin came out this morning and repaired our main water shut off. He too was polite, timely, respectful of our property and explained the repair he completed. I would recommend this company any day of the week. I was very pleased to have competent service providers. We are pleased to not have screeching, singing pipes any longer…thank you Premiere!
