We were having water pressure issues and decided to call new wrx plumbing. They came in next day to perform home inspection. Jason and Nick were both really nice and straight forward as to what they think the problem was. They gave us recommendations and went with all of it as you get huge discounts with the package. Today, 10/24/2023, Jason came back with another plumber Jonathan who was also very nice to install our shower sets. They even offered a program that saved me extra 15%. This company takes care of their clients that’s why I signed up for their monthly subscription to get my water heater descaled every year. Will definitely recommend to friends. I praise them for their quality of work, professionalism and very good communication. Two thumbs up with all the excellent work done! Thank you so much!

Wind damage to my rooftop solar hot water collector panel required repair but, all Plumbers I contacted refused to look at the job except Newwrx. Luis and Sean were Punctual, Friendly and Professional. Unfortunately, they weren't able to do the repairs which were needed but, went over and above to do the things which they could. Highly recommend and, will definitely call again when the need arises.

Fantastic! Finally I found an HVAC technician that was able to fix our home Furnace. He was kind and professional, Identified the issue, went to get the parts from the warehouse and came back the same day to replace them. He also gave us some advices and the best part is that the price was just honest for the job. 100% recommended. I have to add that other 2 companies came and worked charged me and never fix the problem really.

I had a leaky sink in our cabin that needed to be fixed quickly. I called Monday morning and was given the response of "I will have someone there in an hour." Not even 20 minutes later the technician called asking for our gate code. He arrived and was very friendly and got right to work. He made the repair and told me if the problem persisted to call them back. It did continue to leak very slightly so I called back that afternoon. He wanted to come back that evening to repair it but I was not going to be home. Knowing I had to leave by noon on Tuesday he said he would come at 8am. Not only did the original technician come back but also his supervisor came to make sure everything was repaired correctly. He was very informative and explained to his tech why it was possibly still leaking and gave him the guidance to fix it. I cannot believe the level of customer service with this company! I will recommend them to anyone I know with plumbing problems. What's even better is they also do work in the Central Valley where I live.
