The company does half fast as far as maintenance and fixing up the property. They put a Band-Aid on the problem.They do not care about the renters that live in the property as well. They do not care about the neighborhood. All they care about is the money. As a homeowner next to a rental property they do not care about Shared fencing with having it be destroyed by the renters animals. Do not rent from them. They are horrible company. They charge an HOA fee, but they don’t care about the appearance for the neighborhood

PPMG is my home rental company. This company is really a company that adjusts and understands their tenants’ needs and accommodates for the tenants needs, wants, and safety. I was assisted by Autumn last week. She seemed attentive, worried/caring about the maintenance issues I had in my household, as well as, followed up accordingly. This company is much better with her apart of it because she makes US renata feel like it is someone that cares and wants safet tenant lifestyle! I really appreciate her generosity as well as empathic attitude. She listened to me…. She will get far in life with her positive attitude. Thanks Autumn. You’re appreciated!!

I have lived in my PPMG home going on 2 years and I have had nothing but good experiences. Ive only had to put in a work order for two small issues. Both times, the sublet workers came out within a day and fixed the problems with no other issues. My realtor who helped me find the perfect house for my family and I, "can't remember her name" was very sweet and helpful. She went out of her way multiple times to make sure we received everything we were looking for. I had Autumn reach out to me after my last work order to make sure everything was well. She was also very helpful and sweet. When moving in, the house was great, exceeded our expectations. If your looking for a nice home with fair rental prices, I think PPMG might be the place for you.

My daughter and grandkids rented a 3-bedroom home through PPMG and lived there for 4 years. We found PPMG to very responsive to all requests we had for repairs in a timely manner. They were quick to respond to emails and quick to return phone calls in those instances when the call went to voice mail. When my daughter moved out, I found them to be very fair regarding the percentage of the security deposit they refunded after deductions for a few, justifiable deductions. Every person I ever spoke with on the phone with PPMG was polite, professional and helpful. It was a pleasure doing business with them.
