I absolutely adore PYC in Guelph! They have such a welcoming studio and everytime I enter the smell alone just relaxes my nervous system. It is such a safe place and all the instructors are welcoming and offer such warmth! I have had a lot of lower back issues and yoga has been a huge help. Shout out to Allison’s Tuesday morning class - 100/10 recommend

Started coming here 2 months ago as an absolute beginner. I've tried a variety of classes and instructors and they have all been so amazing. It is really great to be in a group setting a really push yourself. I was skeptical of yoga all my life but my perspective has been completely changed! The physical and mental benefits are truly amazing and I can't wait to see where this takes me in a full year!

I love this hot yoga studio! It’s such a welcoming environment from the moment you walk in. Every instructor brings their own unique energy, and I’ve genuinely enjoyed every class I’ve taken. I especially love the music, it really elevates the experience. Nothing beats the cold towel on your forehead at the end of class. Pure bliss!

Absolutely LOVE this studio. Amazing staff and amazing community! I've been going to yoga for over a year and they are so unbelievably supportive and welcoming! I was able to get my MIL to join me and we have been going 4 mo ths strong together! If you're thinking of trying yoga do the 1 month trial! You won't be disappointed!!!!
