This is the friendliest dentist I’ve ever been to! Everyone there is so kind and welcoming, and they really go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. The dentist is super caring and takes the time to listen and explain everything. It honestly feels like visiting a friend rather than going to the dentist. I highly recommend them!

The woman I spoke with earlier was very rude. I just asked where her manager was because I had some inquiries, and she abruptly cut me off. I called again, with all due respect, and politely asked for the manager, but she refused to give any information on whether the manager was available or not. Instead, she immediately said they weren’t interested. I’m very disappointed—so this is how your staff handles queries? Remember, as phone operators, you are the frontliners and carry the name and reputation of the company. There are other dental clinics whose staff are very kind and accommodating. I will not recommend this one. If their attitude over the phone is already bad, how much worse would it be in person? I doubt this person has had any proper training on what real customer service is. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- THIS IS MY RESPONSE TO YOU: First and foremost, I didn’t call just for the sake of it — I didn’t have anything else to say to you because the issue was already done. At the very beginning, I politely asked your front desk if I could speak to a manager or the owner. I wasn’t even done speaking when the line was disconnected. Of course, I was disappointed and wanted to know why the call was ended abruptly when I hadn’t even said the reason for my call yet — I was still looking for the manager or even the owner. I tried calling again and I was directly forwarded to voicemail. That happened three times. And on my end, I know I did nothing wrong — I was genuinely trying to get someone to answer my call. The fourth time, someone finally answered — it was a woman. I asked her why she disconnected the line when I wasn’t even done talking. I just wanted to speak to the manager or owner. Then she replied, 'NOT INTERESTED,' and hung up again. I called once more, and this time a different woman answered. I then explained everything to her — that I wasn’t happy with how her co-worker treated me. She was rude. And if this is how you deal with callers, then I will leave a review on your website to make things clear. Just so you understand, Sir/Ma’am — I’ve been a front desk and phone operator for 10 years. I’m the frontliner, the one representing the company. Whatever mistake I make, it directly affects the company I work for. I always make sure that whoever I speak to over the phone — no matter the query — I handle them politely and never upset any caller. Unless maybe they use foul language or shout at me — which, in this case, I did not do to your employees. That’s why, regardless if it’s a telemarketer or a patient, you should never treat callers that way. As a phone operator or front desk, your job is to screen and forward calls to the appropriate person. If your boss is busy, you can politely say they’re unavailable — I can completely understand that. But don’t treat me that way. Of course, your employee will try to defend herself to avoid losing her job. But this review is not meant to bring your business down. Rather, it’s to raise awareness for other patients or callers to your clinic so this doesn’t happen again. If you have call recordings, feel free to listen to them and verify who was actually speaking the truth. I work in the hospitality industry and I understand what service truly means. I think your frontliners need a seminar or training on proper phone etiquette. I understand how busy you are as an admin, owner, or manager, but sometimes you need to listen to constructive criticism. This is the main reason you need to check in and evaluate your employees' performance. I wish you all well with your business!

Visited Dr. Safavi today. This was my first time visiting this dental clinic. I googled different clinics and came across Dr. Safavi and decided to call, based on reviews. Right away Stacey, the admin, made me feel very comfortable. I have not been to the dentist in years due to dental anxiety, but right from that first interaction I felt so much ease. Dr. Safavi and her dental hygienist were great, gentle and kind. Dr. Safavi was very informative and I am very pleased with the interaction. I just had diagnostic testing done this visit to see how my teeth and gums are doing, and i will be back for a cleaning in a few weeks. Thank you very much and for anyone else that has dental anxiety; I definitely recommend!

From the very beginning, Dr. Arian was incredibly informative, explaining each step of the process and addressing all of her concerns. His attention to detail and patient care made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. We also never had to wait for appointments, which was a huge plus. The staff at Safavi Dental is friendly, professional, and welcoming. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and highly recommend Dr. Arian and his team!
