As usual my appointment started promptly and was friendly. Ariel pointed out a couple of problematic areas, recommended treatment and made arrangements to have it taken care of. My husband and children have also been patients at Discovery Dental since 2007. Our grandchild also had her very first dental experience with this team of very skilled, organized and caring professionals. All three generations in our family have benefitted from this top-notch care and we couldn't be happier :-)

Everyone at Discovery is so lovely. And the fresh baked cookies for the patients is a sweet touch. My daughter (5 y o) was extremely anxious about her fillings and asked many questions, stopping every few minutes whenever a new tool came out. She was also very scared but the dentist (sorry I forgot her name!) and dental assistant Sara were so kind and patient throughout the appointment. Additionally, the dental hygienist Ariel was also so pleasant! She made me feel very comfortable and was very clear about my procedures and was very attentive about my dental concerns. Also a shoutout to the ladies at reception, they are so sweet and very helpful! Highly recommend!

As an extremely anxious customer I was absolutely dreading my appointment. But from the minute I stepped in the door everyone was utterly wonderful. Trish the clinic manager, Danielle the receptionist, (and another lovely lady behind the desk - I forgot to ask her name) Erin the hygienist and Dr Shields were so great at keeping my anxiety at bay, helping me through the appointment while at the same time being professional and great at what they do! I also liked that the team were so respectful of each other and that they all worked so well together and actually liking where they worked! It was a very pleasant place to be! The appointment was seamless, (no waiting for long periods of time) everything was explained and it didn’t feel rushed. I’m so so grateful to have found such a great place with such good people. Thank you so much Discovery Dental you are all brilliant and I feel so much better about coming for my next appointment. If you are reading this wondering whether to make an appointment or not, don’t hesitate. They are awesome.

All the staff at Discovery Dental, including Dr. Shields, are absolutely amazing...so kind, professional, and welcoming. I’m beyond happy with the care I receive every time I visit. Erin has been incredible in helping me start my Invisalign journey and has continued to be such a supportive guide along the way. I honestly wouldn’t have chosen anyone else for this process. Their state-of-the-art technology is super impressive too. I highly, highly recommend them for all your dental needs! I have and will continue to recommend everyone to this dentist!
