I got my Iphone screen fixed at this location and the service was great with Rick, but when i called I spoke to a female that said she is one of the owners, she over talks, don't listen , and made me write this review. One thing I don't do is bash business. I have an understanding of things happens. But this repair shop don't have to worry about me bring my business to them again. Again Rick was very good. I did not know these shops do not use apple products to repair phone screens due to I never had a problem with my phone before. My phone is glitching and now the battery is constantly dying. Issues I did not have before. I would not have a problem with taking the phone back, but i don't do business with people like her. There goes my $75 down the drain. People don't have money to be wasting these days. All she had to do is listening to the problem. And my face recognition don't work now. I'm PISSED OFF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Raneeza was very professional and courteous and RJ theh did a good job. No issues what so ever. I highly recommend these guys if you need a quick fix.

Went in for a screen repair. Phone was working fine but.i had a crack on the screen and just wanted it fixed. They installed a faulty screen. Less than a month after instal phone is working perfectly fine but the screen does not work. Can't touch anything can't unlock phone etc. Went back and they want to charge me $80 to install another screen and that they can't warranty it cause it had less than a 2mm scratch on the end edge. Lost the money and the phone cause now I can't even operate it and it would've been better to just leave the screen cracked at least I was able to use the phone. Owner stated they an give me the part at cost and reinstall but again wouldn't trust it and that would mean paying a total of $220 for a phone that doesn't even cost that much now since it's an old phone. Lost photos, videos audios etc.
