I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE On Saturday, September 20, I was at this store to fix my iPhone 13 Pro Max phone because the back glass was broken and the man who helped me wanted to charge me $250 and I told him I was being rude and he lowered it to $150. I accepted for $150, he tells me to come back in two hours and I said fine, and I asked him if he should turn it off and he tells me yes and then he turns it off. When I returned for my phone after 2 hours, the phone had one pin up and one down pressing and I thought it was part of the process. So he gives me the phone, I pay him and when I check the phone it was full of glue on the back and a black spot on the screen and I complained and he told me that it was not his problem and if I wanted to fix it it would be 150 more. When I gave him the phone the screen was in excellent condition. I ended up calling the police because the man yelled at me and didn't want to give me my cell phone.

After going to Techy for the last several years and giving them repetitive business while recommending them to everyone I know has come to an end. Two weeks after Getting a phone screen fixed and spending quality money, I had brought them another phone to fix. The owner told me one price and then the store employee told me another. Then told me to bring cash And I’ll get a discount. It was such a discount that he put it in his back Pocket. The quality of work for the money that was spent is Unacceptable. Instead of fixing the phone, it now Clicks random things and Has a pink tint to the screen. As any normal customer would do, I called the store back and the owner answered. The owner told me to call the store employee that fixed it to see what he would say. As I was explaining to the owner, what was going on with the phone HeRudely hung up. So I then called the store employee and he basically told me to go fly a kite. This whole situation seems a little skeptical Or even maybe a scam. Has a business owner in a company you should strive to ensure your customers are happy with every product that is delivered. I’m not asking for a full refund for the service. I was just genuinely wondering why there was a problem with the screen and what my next step should be

I had an amazing experience with Techy! My phone was completely unusable after a bad drop, and I thought I’d have to replace it. But they diagnosed the issue quickly, gave me a fair quote, and had it fixed the same day. The staff was friendly, professional, and clearly knowledgeable. My phone now works perfectly, and it looks brand new. I highly recommend them for fast, reliable, and affordable phone repairs!
