After living <1mi away for 3 years I finally decided to give reformer a go with a class pack.. Instantly hooked! My first class was right as the expansion opened and I absolutely love the space. Phoenix is so nice, love her coaching pace and how personalized it feels because a small class size (the best). I took an Intro class at another studio and I felt super out of place & not sure what to do, never felt that way at this studio. Jumped in for an everything membership and so far really happy I did! I’ve also enjoyed a class with Alex and Jen. I was a true beginner and now I’m intermediate. Definitely recommend for all levels/experience!

Beautiful studio space with a lovely and inspiring community! All the teachers are amazing and each bring their own individual skills to the practice. The reformer and mat classes have helped me build my core and to build strength as I age. Phoenix yoga is a true gem of a studio!
