I am a physician myself and today, I accompanied my son to this outstanding pharmacy, where I was reminded of a different era - when health care professionals really and selflessly cared for patients. The owner of the pharmacy, Mr. Abdelrady, went out of his way and far beyond what he was “required” to do, to facilitate the prescription instructions for my son’s baby. I was really touched and moved by the manner in which Mr. Abdelrady patiently and caringly explained everything to my son - and even obtained some items from a neighbouring pharmacy, in order to fulfill the prescription. Mr. Abdelrady really exemplifies the golden rule - “do unto others as you would want others to do unto you.”. The other staff in the pharmacy seemed happy and fulfilled. This is the best pharmacy I have been to - and the best pharmacist I have encountered. Thank you, Mr. Abdelrady - God bless you.
