Generally, I do not write a review but this time it pisses me off, I was there at 7:15, and lady on customer service told me we are not accepting any walkin, we are at our full capacity. I get it, but there is a better way to say, and you don't need to be rude or roll your eyes when my husband asked you it is sort of minor emergency and Fyi-i didn't see any patients waiting. I am glad that was my first and last visit here.

I went to clinic today , i have some issues with my health. The doctor who assisted us was amazing… very professional doctor and staff. I was really nervous before but he handled everything very calmly and carefully. I didn’t get to say thanks to him that much as i was little nervous but his professionalism got me here to say thanks to him from my heart… thank you so much … u are a great person …. God bless you and your family🫶🏻😊❤️

I just called and in a few words of chitchat, I spoke with the most polite Hospital/Clinic Receptionist in the whole of Canada (I think). She was polite, friendly and when I informed that we did not yet have a family doctor and would like to know if we could come in for a consultation she politely and I believe with a smile, said ''Yeah, Just come with your health cards''. Whoever you are dear lady at about 9:35 am on 23rd of April, 2025, God bless You. To imagine that I had made over 10 calls to 10 different clinics only to be met with rude comments, no responses, nasty retorts of ''we arent a walkin clinic'' and then click, they hang up! Health Services challenges in Canada and especially Saskatoon is bigger than Trump's Tarrif War and the issue of Housing. Sick and Dead people do not bother much about these things. Health First, Then Safety and Security before we start talking about Trump and his tariffs. If the same energy had been used for the medical and health services, positive changes would have occurred. There is a State of Emergency that needs to be declared urgently on the Canadian Health System or Service Model. You have poor numbers when it comes to Doctors/Inhabitants Ratio.

Went here because I was sure my son had lymphingitis. Doctor refused to do bloodwork unless I came back in two days and prescribed hydrocortisone cream. Just left Laurier clinic and they gave him antibiotics and bloodwork because they believe it is lymphangitis
