Jill HarrellAfter using my insurance and paying the co-pay, I received a bill in the mail for $50.00. I called the office and the receptionist told me it was for something I never heard of. I should have been informed prior to this procedure as this has never happened to me in any of my prior visits or with any other eye exam offices. This is very unprofessional so I will not be doing business with them anymore.
Nika RohnyI can't speak for the doctor himself because it was my first visit! But I can speak for all of his staff, such as assistants and receptionists. From the day they called me for my daughter's appointment, they were super rude, asking me if I wanted the appointment or not in a super rude tone. I imagined it was just that day, but today at my daughter's appointment I confirmed it. Zero kindness, cordiality, hygiene, zero tact with the patient. This place leaves a lot to be desired. Nothing coordinated. PLEASE check your staff and train them. And remember, the doctor only comes on Mondays and Wednesdays.
wipple 21It is difficult to have test results and office notes forwarded to coordinate treatment with retinokigists and social security - the office manager says she’s going to fax over test results to drs offices and mail the patient copies and does not - I takes numerous in person attempts to obtain copies - not an organized office office closes and patients not contacted and you go to office for appt and it’s closed - when you make appts the appt isn’t in the system when you arrive -
seaztheda JordanFirst visit - All staff were very courteous and knowledgeable in their functions. Dr Tiedemann is thorough in her approach, business-like, exceptionally well-educated and responsive. I’m looking forward to my procedure and treatment. (My one persnickety suggestion would be to revisit the forms they use for initial sign-in and H&P; they’re well-worn copies of copies with errors in the originals. In these days of quick high-quality personal printers, or even electronic data capture, they could do better.)
