Worst medical office I ever been to! I only seen Dr. Tao Du two times in person and both times were horrible! I was waiting in the exam room for 45 minutes and she never even apologized for her tardiness. Every time it was time was a prescription refill I would have to wait weeks just for the doctor to sign the refill paperwork. I ran out of a very important medication and I called the office 4 days in a row and still there has been no resolution and I’m still out of my medication SMH! It’s horrible there! The team makes no effort to reassure the issue and now that I’m out of my medications my health could decline! I wouldn’t even send my worse enemy there.

My appointment was on September 20 at 1:40 PM. I got there at 1:51pm, the male person in the front told me they allowed to be only five minutes late I said that is ridiculous. I still have to see my doctor please double check with him. He held me there for five more minutes until the other sisters came. The time was already 1:56 pm , She said they allow only 10 minutes to be late. basically, I was only one minute late and they canceled my appointment, I understand. It was my fault. I was late, but only one minute and they made such a big deal. They were not helpful they were rude with attitude, and just lazy and tired in the careless. Kind a like you are the one who is late it’s not our problem. We’ll have to reschedule you. I got so mad at them. I basically said both of them to hell and left the office. I will never go back there again, I believe whatever happens it’s for the best now that I’m ready old is horrible reviews about the office I will never go back. .

I felt completely rushed in my appointment. I didn’t even mention my all concerns and I feel like I didn’t even receive a physical. The doctor just talked to me for 20 mins. I had to stop the doctor from leaving so I can mention a concern. It’s like she had better places to be. I’m completely dissatisfied.

The reception staff are completely unprofessional, uncooperative and rude! I had to call the office multiple times to ask them to forward lab results and a covid test to another doctor for a surgery I was having. The last time (the third time) I called for the covid test results to be faxed over (or else my surgery would be canceled) and the woman replied in a mannerless tone and handed the phone over to someone else. Not until my surgeons office assistant called their office did they send over my results. Not to mention the doctor I had seen there twice seemed to lack confidence in tests she performed on me during two appointments. She was heming and hawing too much in my opinion for someone that I am seeking advice and putting my health in their hands. I will absolutely NEVER step foot in that office again.
