Absolutely shocking experience. I paid £258 for a full service at Hon Car Service, but all they did was change the engine oil. The report was even marked as ‘Full Service’, which is a complete lie. This is nothing short of dishonest and misleading – taking my money but not doing the work. I will definitely be reporting this to the relevant authorities for investigation, as this was a false full service and clearly deceptive to consumers. Avoid this garage at all costs.
