» Customer Experiences:
We have been in the place for 6 days and in the contract our place should have been professionally cleaned, blinds installed, and the fence fixed. Fence is great. The place was in just about the same condition from when we walked it as it was once we got the keys. There are not blinds in the upstairs sitting area. The house ( kitchen specifically was nasty) dead bugs everywhere and it was like that when we viewed the home. Then the second night we used the other shower only to then wake up to a smelly garage like something was wet. We come home from the gym use both showers and then the smoke alarm goes off and we didnt think much of it until we went to leave in the around 830am and find the garage ceiling leaking. We put in a request and describe in detail what happened and were sent an AC repair guy. We both knew this was not AC related. So another 24 hours go by until we actually get help from a plumber. Then once I followed up with them Alexandria from that company was great but she let me know you guys had not approved the quote which was odd. No sense of urgency from you guys. After emailing & calling Amy Hanson and no reply at all. I then get an email from someone else that had no clue what was evening going on. How did the inspector not catch this? Now we have 2 massive holes in the garage is anyone going to come fix it? Before move in on the 8/19 we were told there would be some minor foundation work needing to be completed also which required one of us to make sure we were home to do this.
Requests and questions are answered pretty well. When you reach a human being, the staff has been kind and helpful. I cannot in good conscience give a 5 star rating because there is not a personal connection. I prefer talking and working with humans by phone; not emails or texts or apps. I prefer the old school customer service where you can get someone on the phone to speak with and get the help you need. I do give a 4 star because the team is solution focused and finds resolutions to benefit both the property owner and tenants.
This has been one of the most detailed and easiest moves for us so far, thanks to A Plus Property Management. My husband and I have high standards when it comes to things like this, we want to feel that we are well taken care of in the home and realty company we choose. A Plus has made this a great experience, down to every little detail from start to finish. Great/prompt communication, all lovely people to work with. I highly recommend going through them for your next rental or home purchase.
