I saw reviews 5 star or star. I just went there for extreme pain in left hip and left leg. After several xrays it was diagnosed as Bursitis. Sarah gave me a Cordisone shot. Everyone was very, very nice and professional. I wish I could give them 6 stars. Glenn

Lady at the front desk did now know what she was doing… I wasn’t even checked in and waited so long until I had to walk out.. go to Fort Wayne instead this place is a joke

Place is a joke full of incompetence but the nurses are nice and so are the ladys working the desk aside from that you may as well just go to fort wayne because the hospital isnt any better here.

Nurse practitioner Angela was incredibly rude and dismissive to me the entire appointment. I went in because I had pink eye in both eyes as well as an ear infection both from Flu B (which I tested positive for at the appointment). I didn't even go in for my flu symptoms as I've already had it for 5 days at this point, I went in for my eyes and my ear infection. She was going to not address those issues and when I asked her to, she did so VERY quickly. I'm talking a single minute for both my eyes and ears. She told me i don't have pink eye in both eyes, that was incorrect. There was literally pus in both eyes when she looked at them and said the left one was clear and not infected. I ignored her directions and treated both eyes instead of one and they both cleared up. She claimed I did NOT have an ear infection and insinuated I was making it up. I have a double ear infection now and I had to go to another walk in clinic just 2 days later because of their gross negligence in patients. The other walk in clinic confirmed that there's absolute no way I did NOT have an ear infection when she looked with how infected it is. Every single time i come to this walk in my experience gets worse. absolutely appalling service. If parkview actually cared they would do an internal review of this location but they won't because they don't care.
