My only issue is that the staff could be friendly & greet patients cordially, instead of being aloof. Other than that, I had a fairly good visit. Filled out my paperwork, returned it to the clerk, and sat in the waiting area for about 10-15 minutes. Got called in and seen by the nurse (I presume), and I was on my way out the door. That particular day, a Thursday, wasn't crowded at all. However, on my return visit, the waiting area had about ten persons. As soon as I got to the window, the clerk announced, "Please have a seat & I will call you when I'm ready." I was shocked at her curt delivery. (This was after she ignored me for about 2 minutes while fumbling with a bedazzled stapler, by the way) I felt unseen, ignored, and rather embarrassed. I sat and waited for about 5 minutes, and then she eventually called me to the window. I got served by her in three minutes at the most. I suppose I would come back here if necessary.

I have been here countless of times. It may have been for me or one of my children, but I specifically want to highlight Dr. James Bush – he has always gone above and beyond the level of care that I expect to the point where when my kids are sick or I am rather than going to my normal primary care I go to him because he truly does listen and he does Not let you leave without making sure that you are good. He has incredible bedside manner, and again to highlight he actually listens to you as the patient. It is something so rare to see these days and I really appreciate the level of care that he drives to reach Every time I’m there. I highly recommend this location and this doctor.

Excellent care. The medical assistant and the doctor were very friendly. They both explained things in a way that I could understand without feeling talked down to. The doctor also showed me different ways to help with my neck tension. Also, this was my second visit.

I work 15 minutes from this clinic, I was checked in, seen, and was back to work in less than an hour, including drive time! The staff and doctor were friendly and efficient and I had a prescription waiting for me at my pharmacy. They also called and checked on me.
