My husband and I had need to call for AAA assistance on Friday evening, December 12, 2025, and Omar from P&M Automotive & Towing was the driver who assisted us. We had been run off the road a couple miles south of Amity and went into a deep ditch and up and over a large culvert and onto a concrete or asphalt driveway or road(hard to tell in the dark). A tire was blown and we had some damage to our vehicle; thought for sure we'd need to be towed. My husband and I are in our 70s and 80s; and my husband had a split cast on his left arm from some recent wrist surgery. Omar checked out the shock and undercarriage of the side of the car that hit the culvert, changed our tire, and had my husband check to see if the car was driveable. Since the car was driveable Omar said he'd follow us as we continued on to Salem. Omar was courteous, friendly, cheerful, and knowledgeable in what he was doing. And VERY, VERY helpful!! We want to say 'Many, Many Than You' s to him. We are very appreciative of his help. Please let him know that! (As another note here, what are the odds that the towing company Omar works for is the same one that my son, Bill Francis, works for as towing manager. Omar was as surprised as I was; said Bill had trained him. I would have to say "kudos" to Bill also, for doing such a good job of training his drivers. I know from Bill how hard it is to get good drivers and keep them, especially in what can be a super dangerous job.)
