Very beautiful property and Brittany was very helpful. Maintenance was slow and they caused damage, that we later had to pay out of deposit. So if you have to tough up wall do it!! We were in a quiet area and so friendly! Property managers are hard to contact so go to office. Older houses are common, however we had sewer water on the floor from bad pipes, had a hole in our floor for three days, and had no hot water for a week and a half. Affortable and comfortable. Over all I give a two star. Devon was the worst, ask for a different PM. Scott is the person to ask for.
First of all me and my father signed the contract with LevelOne management team and this is my part of the review as he already posted his thoughts: When I met him at his office I was very disappointed due to the fact he was accusing me, my father, and the tenant for lying. Finally we were so upset with this company we decided to sell the house because off and on we were not receiving the rent like we were supposed to and my credit has been damaged because of the mortgage company taking the mortgage ON time while I didn’t receive rent NOT ON time. September was the final draw for me. It has happened before but I didn’t complain or said anything. There was plumbing issue with the property that could’ve easily been fixed by a competent plumber that we paid out of pocket to fix the issue. LevelOne management team was sending contractors to just unclog the plumbing issue instead of finding out what the issue was. Security deposit is still with the LevelOne property management company even though the house has been closed on September 30th and when I visited him in the office he only told me the tenant has not been paying rent (?) What is the security deposit for? Tenant has been late and caused damages. I personally wouldn’t recommend this company.
I rented from LevelOne for 3 years and only have good things to say about them! Maintenance requests were always timely addressed and any finance questions were answered and explained thoroughly. When our lease was coming to an end, we were personally called and informed they'd be sending non-renewal and explaining the circumstance, not just sent an email and forgotten about. I appreciate the extra steps they take!
