Ohmies Yoga Studio

Simply Yoga is a beautiful, warm and welcoming studio. It's small size provides a cozy atmosphere and they provide all the amenities down to hair ties. It is very well thought out and caters exclusively to women. We had a great class with MJ Turnbull, who is an excellent teacher. She focused on movements designed for women, which I appreciated. I felt great afterwards and hope to have the chance to attend regularly.

I can’t say enough good things about Simply Yoga—this all-women, luxury studio is a gem. From the moment you arrive you feel a sense of calm, warmth, and welcome. The space itself is beautifully designed—with soft, natural lighting, and you can feel your shoulders drop as you walk in to the studio. All of the instructors are incredible. I am looking forward to my next class.

I happen to come across this studio while looking for a yoga class en route through New Jersey. I loved this place. It has a beautiful, cozy, cute and warm aesthetic. Mats, towels, blocks are provided; and honestly, any studio that provides Lifeforme mats is always a plus in my book because it’s the grippiest mat out there (I usually bring my own Lifeforme mat because I slip all over other ones to any studio). The teacher trained under some foundational heavy hitters of the yoga world. The class was challenging and was very alignment focused — he cues were awesome and really helped me elevate my own practice. The owner of the studio is also very nice, warm, and welcoming. I very much enjoyed my experience here and will definitely be back whenever I pass through.
