Margaret ParrishDrove 2 hours in a monsoon to meet Steve, the technician. I waited for an hour and a half before calling Maya. She couldn’t reach the technician but said he was probably driving to the appointment and she would send him a text to call me with ETA. He called me and told me that he needed to reschedule because of the rain. I ask why he had not called me yesterday or this morning since rain had been in the forecast for a while. He said I was on his list but he guessed that he had just missed calling me. I told him that was not acceptable and I would be talking to his manager. I called and talked to Amber, the manager. Her resolution was to reschedule the appointment and they would cover the cost for this quarter. First of all, that is a slap in the face for someone who has driven 4 hours round trip in a monsoon and sat for 2 hours waiting for someone who didn’t show up. Secondly, they have no desire to maintain good customers that have been with them a long time. Lastly, as a previous business owner, I would have done whatever possible to please the customer. Even if it took me driving the less than 15 minutes and spraying it myself. I will be looking for a new company to service my home.
