Samantha KoehlerPlease note this score is for Lawn Services not pest control. They are 5 stars for termite and pests. However, the lawn weed control service lags far behind. I was billed separately for my natural areas. This year my lawn is overrun with weeds and wild grass is choking out the sod. I was refused weed control for the natural area and told I would need to pay more than what I had contracted, despite paying upfront for a full year. I am very disappointed since the other services are so comprehensive.

David ThomasHeath Bailey is always on time. Does a very thorough job. Asks questions about any bugs were are seeing or any concerns we have. Goes through the entire house, basement and outside. Makes us feel like we are his only customer. Never rushed or makes us feel like he’s in a hurry. Always wants us to feel like he’s done all we asked him to do. Always changes the bug sticky boards and puts fresh ones down and disposes of the old ones. I would highly recommend APS and Heath. He’s the best we have ever had.
Jeff BurlesonThey come and inspect every year with diligence. We have never had a termite problem in our home with their service over the past 14 years. They did find some termites in a flower bed once and did a treatment around the house at that time. No sign of any termites outside since that time. Unfortunately their price has increased quite a bit over the past several years.
