On June 2, 2025 @ 1:43pm, I received a call from 205-942-9009 in regard to scheduling the annual termite inspection. I informed the receptionist I would take off of work on June 3 to wait for them and she set an appointment for June 3, 2025, between 10am-12pm. On June 3, 2025, by 2:30pm, no one had arrived at my house. I called 205-942-9009, and spoke with the receptionist. I informed her no one had arrived and she stated I didn’t have an appointment. I told her I received a call from their company on yesterday and scheduled it. In an extremely nasty and rude tone, she replied “ like I said, nobody called you, you don’t have an appointment”. I gave her the phone number and time the call was made because at this point, I feel as if you are calling me a liar. I can’t remember her name but she honestly sounded just like the person that scheduled the appointment on yesterday. Her attitude today was horrible and she was just plain nasty, rude, and disrespectful to a customer that was only trying to see where they were since they were 4 hours late for the appointment. I just stated “ok” and she hung up the phone. At 2:43pm, I received a call from a Northwest technician named Dylan stating he would be at my house by 3:25pm. Once Dylan arrived, he was extremely professional and I would recommend him for service. I hope that management please look into this issue with your secretary as Dylan’s professionalism is honestly the only reason why I even opened the door for Northwest. Your receptionist was one of the rudest people I’ve had to speak with in a very long time, and it was unwarranted, especially when I only met her with kindness during the call. If you keep her around, you will lose customers. A simple phone call and an apology on an over site of her scheduling would have been a nice gesture but that didn’t even happen. I would love to speak further about this incident. Thank you

Rob is courteous and professional and always makes a point to talk to me before the service to make sure he addresses any issues we are having.
