Bought a brand new garage door, rails and mechanisms. In 3 years has never closed correctly. Once the warranty passes, they won’t fix it even though it never worked correctly. Save your money and go to a company that stands behind their work and actually knows how to install doors and rails correctly (the first time).

Had a garage door spring snap over the weekend. Called Overhead Door early Monday and had a new spring installed before noon. Ryan Byrd was the tech and was prompt, professional and engaging throughout the process. Would use again and would recommend Overhead Door and Ryan to anyone needing service or installation. I was really quite impressed with the performance of the overhead door company installing my new door opener. I could not have been more pleased. Josh and Jake arrived exactly when they said they would. They called before they came. T hey were fast, efficient and polite. They were very professional. Their craftsmanship was a premium experience. They even cleaned up the appearance from the previous companies work so that now it looks much neater. I would recommend overhead door of Indianapolis to anyone who is looking for a team of professionals who will do an excellent job. Being an older person, I can say this is the way businesses used to operate before profit became more important than people. I would say it is old-fashioned service, but, I think it is just an ethic that is ingrained in certain established businesses. It is the way that they treat their customers. It is refreshing.
