Extremely happy with my overall experience! I called out a technician to replace seals on my garage door. After discussing the door installed and the projected cost of the repair with Brad, I quickly realized I was better off replacing the door. I was given several options with no sales pressure. I called the next day to cancel the repair and order a replacement door. Tommy was sent out within a week and the removal & installation went smoothly & quickly. Each gentleman was professional, friendly, knowledgeable and efficient!

After a little hiccup with initial scheduling, Justin came out and identified the problem despite my long and rambling description. Took care of everything within an hour. Very professional and fast. Not sure why I was charged a "fuel surcharge" since gas prices have come down, but I guess once a new fee gets tacked on, it rarely goes away. Regardless, they do great work, and this is at least the 4th or 5th time I have used Garage Doors of Indianapolis for spring replacement or maintenance over the last 10 years and they have always been fast and reliable. I will definitely use them again as needs arise.

Called today got service today, happy with the quick response. After calling another company referred to me by family with no response after my first call to them a week later, I decided to look around and glad that I did. Aley Wagers my service tech/salesman was very knowledgeable and took the time to fully explain the differences between the different options I had a choice to select from. Thankful for his professionalism and explaining everything in great detail I feel confident I purchased the right option for my garage door repair. The price we locked in was way lower than what I had projected for this project knowing I would have to do special order on my new garage door and all new hardware and sensor. Glad to have a start date for this project once the special order comes in. From first impressions I'm really happy with service and price was better than I was expecting.

I thought the garage door spring replacement charge was very excessive. The spring I needed seemed to be priced at $55 at Lowes. My total charge from your company was $457. I am sure your company can buy springs in bulk cheaper than I can from Lowes. That means your time and labor charge was in the $400 range. As I expected, your service representative spent about 20 minutes on my job. That translates to an hourly charge of around $1,200. I don't think brain surgeons charge that rate for their services. I had your company replace a spring for $250 a few years back. Long winded way of saying that your rates seem excessive to me. I definitely will be pricing out the service with competitors next time. On a positive note, it was same day service which is recognized and appreciated.
