We had a great experience renting our home in Allen, TX through North Texas Property Management. From the beginning of the lease to the final day, everything was handled with professionalism and care. Special thanks to Andrew, who was always prompt, courteous, and attentive — whether it was maintenance requests, inspections, or general questions. He made sure everything in the home was functional and comfortable throughout my stay. The property itself was well-maintained, and I always felt supported. Moving out was smooth, and communication was clear every step of the way. I truly appreciate the team for making our time in the home easy and worry-free. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a reliable and responsive property management company in the North Texas area.

DO NOT LEASE WITH NORTH TEXAS PROPERTY MANAGEMENT. I'm reporting to BBB today and all across the web. It really saddens me to leave this review after what I knew was such a successful relationship with North Texas Property management while paying them rent. We rented 2 different homes from them. The first went under different management, but closed the contract smoothly and without issues. The second was another smooth 2 years; not a single late payment, zero damage to the property, nice neighborhood. The only thing was we had to pay double deposit of 4K due to our credit, but we were grateful to have a home. We were month to month and not even 1 single late rent payment ever- not once! However, I have to make it known how Andrew Hayes the property manager completely ran over us when we left. We hired cleaners to leave the house SPOTLESS, vacuuming and painting little marks on walls, using putty and painting over tacks and nail spots and paid the Got Junk crew to come pick up the trash on the curb and were out on time. We took plenty of pictures and videos. We made it clear to Andrew we wanted our deposit back before we began packing. Can you believe these people took our 4K deposit PLUS charged us an additional $1,600 on top of that, and sent directly to a collection agency!?!! It was almost as if they were angry that we left. The guy who came to check the property when we left seemed angry that we cleaned it, maybe that he wasted time driving there? Andrew no longer responded, only leaving texts saying to dispute with their team, which consists of HIM by the way. Anyway, I prayed about him and what he allowed to happen to us. We did not deserve that abuse in any way. And that's all I'll say about that. DO NOT LEASE WITH THEM.

Jason with North Texas Property Management was great. When I asked him to look at my mother-in-law's house to buy as-is due to its water damage, he recommended fixing the home up first with any insurance money we could get. By doing this, I would make more money on the sale. He was easygoing and applied no pressure. Jason just told it like it was, and he was right. Six months later, when it was ready to sell, we called North Texas Property Management again to list it on the market. The home market was slowing down, but Jason communicated my options for listing and took care of everything else. He was responsive and on top of everything. There was some tension at the end, with the buyers asking too much (in my opinion). He went the extra mile to negotiate a solution that both sides could agree on. I feel really fortunate that we were able to get the house sold when I did, and I appreciate Jason's work.

Most property manager are sub-par at best. This company is stellar and top of the line. I have lived in one of their properties for a couple years now and plan to stay for many more years. I usually deal with Andrew at North Texas Property Management. I think he is the owner. This company is not the typical management company. Most of them are focused solely on the landlord's needs, ignoring tenants concerns. Not North Texas Property Management is different. They care about tenants and landlords alike. Every maintenance request is handled in a timely manner, every email answered, most phone calls answered and if not returned. I highly recommend this company, most specifically, Andrew to Landlords and tenants alike. Professionalism at its finest!

North Texas Property Management is a property management company.
