This company is paving 136 hwy in Northern Missouri. First you have to wait about 15 minutes for the pilot car to go 10 miles! That’s right a 5 mile area is shut down for a 100 yards of construction and the pilot has to go down and back at a speed of 30 mph. It was 2.5 miles from flaggers to construction area with a pilot doing 30 mph can you imagine the frustration? I know you guys aren’t rocket scientists nor am I but I’ve done asphalt construction years ago and typically your flaggers are at the start and stop of construction not 2.5 miles on each side of it with a 30 mph driver leading the way in a 60mph zone with no construction or workers around! Surely you can find someone smarter than you have already to fix that situation! I’m more than happy to take this down also when you fix my problem! See now my problem has become yours;)🛑

They are currently paving our town roads. They noticed our driveway had big holes and ruts (off the road they are working on) and asked if we wanted them to fill them with the dirt and gravel they were removing from the road. Of course we accepted. They continue to do so. It was a huge help to us and we and our vehicles greatly appreciate it. They didnt have to do it but they did anyway. Thank you guys very much. Bought them some water and powerade which is only a small thank you. This company and its employees know how to be professional, polite, and are very generous people. Thank you Norris Asphalt Paving! You should be proud of the employees who work for you!
