Amstutz Concrete transformed our tired old driveway in just a few days. Austin was great to work with, fair and responsive. His team minimized the inevitable work area that comes with construction and cleaned the area each day. Added top soil as requested to even out the low sunken area in the yard as well. Finished product looks great and will make snow removal so much better this winter.

If you are considering a concrete project, we strongly suggest working with Amstutz Concrete. Austin was the best contractor we worked with on our project, primarily consisting of a new concrete stair entrance and sidewalk. With our project, Austin was faced with a challenging weather situation, involving a significant amount of rain (outside of his control) and he adapted, adjusted and was a great problem-solver who takes significant pride in his work. This is the most impressive aspect of Austin’s work approach. Austin was exceptionally skilled at planning ahead – looking to three, four or five steps forward, to allow the drainage, gravel, concrete and other supplies to arrive in the appropriate sequence for our project, precisely timed. You will not find a harder-working, more detail-oriented concrete person in the Des Moines, Ames, or central-Iowa area.
