Thank you, Merry Ao and everyone at Norfolk Kitchen and Bath. This was more than a kitchen remodel. You upgraded our house and more importantly how we live in the house. From hosting more friends and family to seeing how our kids love to cook in it now - I'm thankful every day for how you accomplished this transformation. Here are some before pictures of our "cozy" kitchen and the after pictures where cabinetry fits everything out of sight; cooking is easier and cleaner with induction stove and built-in speed oven. (Merry helped us find a great sales associate at Yale Appliance who fulfilled those needs.). The work crew was great with tear down, cleanup, dust mitigation, adapting to any and all surprises behind our 100 year old walls! Any questions we had during our inspections along the way were addressed completely to our satisfaction. Recommend them 100% -- we would use them again for any future projects. Also - it's been a year and I still appreciate being in our new kitchen every day!

Norfolk Kitchen and Bath did an exceptional job design designing and installing my new Walk-in shower. They were professional, thorough, and a pleasure to work with. A special shout out to the team that designed and installed my new bathroom. Designer, Melissa, Project Manager, Stephen, Project Manager Assistant, Kelsea and Carpenters Jimmy, Matt, and John. Norfolk Hardware Kitchen & Bath is the place to go! Their showroom has the biggest variety of designs and finishes in Boston; the staff are welcoming and ready to work with customers. We were lucky enough to get matched up with Malaika Minor who was professional, personable, and incredibly helpful. Malaika walked us through the process, listening to our ideas and guiding us in achieving them. Her attention to detail and willingness to keep tweaking the design put our minds at ease. 100% recommend Norfolk and Malaika!

This is an update as of 3/22: My partner and I chose to remodel our kitchen with Norfolk Kitchen and Bath because we wanted to shop locally rather than go to larger places like C2G. I had read positive reviews and was confident the kitchen would look great once completed. And honestly, the kitchen will look great when it's finished. The cabinets are high-quality, and the ones that are installed already look wonderful. It has been a bit frustrating to get this project complete due to some lapses in communication, but we are making progress! Since my last review, the designer and other members of the store team have been much more responsive. While we are still waiting on the final panel to complete the kitchen, we were informed that it will be rushed here, and the designer is covering the cost for the delay. Given the price of the cabinets, this is a very helpful accommodation. I’m looking forward to coming back in three weeks, hopefully sooner, to share photos of the completed kitchen—it’s really looking good so far.
