I recently completed a remodeling project at Lexington, MA and had a wonderful experience working with the team. I want to specifically call out Andreina and David for their excellent project management throughout the entire process. Andreina ensured timely coordination and kept everything running smoothly onsite with the crew, while David was always prompt and responsive whenever questions or concerns arose. I also want to recognize Jaime for his thoughtful coordination during the quoting phase — providing clear and detailed estimates, and setting the right expectations by explaining the subtleties and potential scenarios upfront. Additionally, a big thank you to Marcio for taking care of many project-related details behind the scenes while always being courteous, attentive, and quick to respond. One of the things I really appreciated was that they have tools in place that provide end-to-end visibility into the project and its associated costs. This level of transparency made it much easier to track progress, manage decisions, and stay informed throughout the entire remodel. Overall, the team demonstrated great professionalism, clear communication, and strong attention to detail, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend!

They helped me turn a real estate flip into my new home. Bay State Remodeling, led by Ray and David, has been terrific with my most recent house purchase in Newton. The gut remodeling work they did on a 1958 ranch is very well done (even the home inspector was impressed!) and their aesthetic in the finishes throughout the house is attractive and current. After YEARS of terrible experiences with contractors finding Bay State was a much needed breath of fresh air. Thinking about how amazing these guys were .. I don't even know where to begin. This was a CRAZY project. We had an atrium inside the house that was basically a huge garden with no slab underneath. Huge open space with just soil. Inside the house!! They took that and turned my vision into reality. With this being such a challenging and strange job, every single person that stepped into this house to work on the project was so patient, understanding and generally an awesome human. I loved having everyone here. If you're looking for a remodel or addition to your house do not call anyone else but Bay State. All the contractors worked so great together. They've known each other for years so it made the project run so smooth. 5 stars PLUS for sure. Thank you every single person at Bay State for leaving us with the perfect bathroom and playroom for our family to enjoy. I don't know how you guys made this all happen. Truly went from beast to beauty with your help! P.S. Marcio and David, you guys are the BEST!

I highly recommend Bay State! I went to them after a leak required demolishing the upper portion of my kitchen wall and ceiling to mitigate, looking to preserve my backsplash, repair the wall+ceiling, get them repainted, and install new upper cabinets cabinets. I thought I would need multiple contractors, but Bay State handled all of it and did a great job. Andreina, Marcio, and the rest of the team were nice to work with and very communicative. There were some complications with the backsplash being larger than standard size and wiring issues with the old cabinet lights, but for both they were quick and clear in providing options and recommendations, and ultimately solved the issues with little trouble. My kitchen feels whole again, and I will definitely call them for any future projects!
