Beyond his qualifications, he's a nice, relatable person that you're instantly comfortable with. Much like Kris, we also had the pleasure of working with Dave Brown on our two JSR homes. Dave's tenure and reputation with JSR and in the industry really speak to the caliber of talent JSR retains to ensure satisfaction. We love our house (since 2016) and trust the team at JSR. They will answer the phone when you call post-sale and commit professionals like Kris and Dave B. to addressing any issues, no matter how small or few they've been. It is not unusual for Mike Nelson, their GM, to drop by an active project to make sure all is going okay or for Jeff or Max to answer the phone when you call the main number. All together, just a great group.
