We had the most amazing experience working with Chris George and his team. We bought our house in the middle of its construction. It was a seamless transition and the team was extremely flexible in helping us pick out customized selections as well as making a few changes that we wanted. Luke especially was absolute amazing and one of the most hardworking people I have ever met - he was punctual, responsive, thorough, and truly cares about his work and doing it well. Even after we have closed on the house, Luke and the Chris George team have been extremely helpful with any questions we have had. Then we were able to work with members of the Chris George team to make modifications and stay apprised of the process. My husband and I built an Ashwood I in Stonebridge Pointe with Chris George. We are extremely pleased with the outcome and the process of building a home with Chris and his team. I think the first thing you should know is that you will have direct access to Chris and your project manager through text. They are extremely responsive and I don't think we ever had to wait longer than 24 hours for a response to a comment or a question. Every new home build is going to have some bumps in the road but on the whole, Richard (our project manager who was WONDERFUL) and Chris were fair and accommodating and never made us feel like our questions or concerns were an imposition on their time. A few words about Richard, who we had the most experience with: He was upfront, honest, easy to work with and extremely fair. We really enjoyed all of our experiences with him. My husband and I are sitting in our brand new home watching snow blow by and are commenting on how warm, cozy and custom to our tastes our new home is. We already feel like we're at home. We're very grateful to everyone at Chris George Custom Homes and couldn't recommend them more.
