Bountiful Safaris truly put together a magical tour for us. It was more than we imagined it would be. We were able to view the big five in Maasai Mara, visit the Maasai village to learn about the Maasai culture, spend time relaxing on one of the most beautiful beaches in Kenya, marvel at the breathtaking landscapes, walk among the wild, and get a little favor of the nightlife. Our guides were very knowledgeable, friendly, and patient. The hotels and lodges were fabulous. My only negative is one hotel's bedding was harder than I like. This was suppose to be a once in a lifetime trip. I loved it so much I plan to do it again

Wow! Salute to my agent Diana, who really came through organizing our 3 day Maasai Mara trip. Very resourceful, friendly and organized. Diana connected us with Carlos, our Driver, tour guide, I mean wow! Apart from Carlos Courtesy, he knew how to spot the Big 6..thought was 5, but he would tell and show detailed info about animals. My family were really impressed, just reminiscing. Asanteni sana. Keep up the great job cya soon!

I think everyone's Safari tour experience depends on the driver, as he is the one that does most of the work. We personally enjoyed our 3-day trip to Jambo Mara Safari Lodge with Duncan. He was attentive and showed us a lot of animals and answered all of our questions. He is also a very good driver. We will definitely do it again the next time our other friends come over to Kenya.

Booked a 3day Masai Mara safari. From the onset the itinerary came through incorrect stating four days not three. Sent multiple emails requesting updated itinerary and advised would be sent prior to trip. However confirmed pickup from hotel at 6.45am. Our friend who is from Kenya contacted them to confirm itinerary and was advised pickup had changed to 7.45am. On the day we waited in the hotel lobby, I attempted to contact driver to no avail. A man Amex William then turned up at hotel at 8.45 am and advised us our driver was not available and he would be taking us to the office in city. The car was an old vehicle without seatbelts working. We became nervous and seeked clarity. At no time did he confirm he was from bountiful safari and he then advised us we were meeting the driver at a service station. We came extremely anxious and rung our friend who contacted the company to seek clarity. Apparently it was the first day of school and traffic was bad but no communication was provided. When the driver arrived with the land cruiser there was already 7 people in the vehicle including the driver Joshua. The driver was aware and explained that two would be leaving the group the next day. Given two of the passengers were over 6ft tall it was a crammed trip to Masai Mara which took over 5.5hours. Accommodation at Emyian luxury camp was fabulous can’t fault that. We did a drive on the first afternoon and headed off at 6.30am the next day for a full day exploring park. Driver recommended getting breakfast and lunch pack from camp to have out on safari which we did. What we weren’t explained is most of our group and the driver were staying at another camp and had breakfast before they left so we ate ours when we stopped for a toilet break. Safari was good Joshua the driver was determined to ensure we saw the big 5 which was incredible but was a long day as didn’t get back till 5.30pm. The next day we left the camp at 9am to head back to Nairobi. Through chatting to the other guests it was determined they had booked through another company and ours was with a travel agency and we paid a lot more than they had. Also in theory it wasn’t a 3 day safari as first day was only for 2hrs the last day was spent driving back. My biggest concern was lack of communication which was very poor
