Unforgettable Dubai Experience with my son.We had an amazing experience thanks to Expeditions Maasai Safaris. From start to finish, the company took great care of us, making sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. One of the best highlights of our trip was visiting the Dubai Miracle Garden. It was absolutely beautiful! The flowers were so colorful, and the whole place was full of life. It was the perfect spot for pictures, and we really enjoyed walking around and seeing all the different flowers and designs. Dubai also has so many kids-friendly places, and we had a blast at the Dubai Aquarium & Underwater Zoo. My son loved seeing all the sea animals up close, especially the sharks! It was a fun and educational experience for both of us. The team at Expeditions Maasai Safaris made everything easy and stress-free. They were so friendly and helpful, and their service was top-notch. I’m so happy I chose them for this trip! I highly recommend Expeditions Maasai Safaris for anyone looking to visit Dubai. They made our holiday unforgettable, and we’re already looking forward to booking our next adventure with them!

I rarely write reviews, but after much consideration, I feel compelled to warn others about Expeditions Maasai Safaris Tour Company. If you're considering this company, think again! We used them for a family trip of 23 people in October. Initially, during the planning stage, they were responsive, which gave us confidence in choosing them. However, the issues began when our contact person, with whom we had planned the safari, was changed without notice. The replacement was not properly briefed, leading to poor coordination. The airport pick-up was chaotic, with poor communication and dirty cars. After an early pick-up to leave Nairobi, we spent hours at a petrol station on the outskirts because the cars hadn’t been fueled, and the drivers claimed they hadn’t been paid. This caused preventable delays. Despite having paid the company in full, we had to spend hours on the phone trying to resolve the issue. Throughout the trip, the problems escalated. We were assured that four cars would be sufficient for our group and luggage, but this was not the case. One of the cars broke down, and during all this, the company, including the CEO, became unresponsive. The drivers then asked for additional money to hire another car. It was only after we threatened to withhold tips that another car to transport the luggage was procured. In addition, they provided no service during the trip. We had to conduct our own briefings, check-ins at hotels, and the drivers, though nice, were mediocre guides. The cars were not cleaned during the safari, and the train tickets to transfer to Mombasa were not for the agreed class. It was really one thing after another. My husband and I had to step in to manage the many avoidable crises that arose during the trip and ensure our family and friends had a good experience. Having organized large safaris before, we were incredibly disappointed in this company's poor service. Please use caution with this company! I wouldn't want anyone else to go through what we did.

We had a splendid trip with Expeditions Maasai in Kenya. We were shown around the lovely country and spotted Wildlife across Masai mara, Amboseli, Nakaru and Tsavo. All our concerns were taken care of , highly recommended for anyone contemplating a trip to Kenya.
