I’ve worked with a few cleaning services before, but none matched the attention to detail, professionalism, and personalization that Mike and his team bring. Whether it was deep cleaning hard-to-reach areas, helping me organize cluttered spaces that I didn’t know how to tackle, or making my place look like a brand new home, they absolutely delivered. They didn’t just clean, they transformed the space. What really stood out was how customized the experience felt. This place is a joke. I hired this company to do a deep clean on my house and asked them specifically if they would move and clean under furniture, and they said yes. When the "crew" showed up this morning it was only one lady, so I texted and asked how she was going to move furniture for a deep clean and they replied that they aren't going to move furniture and that I would need to move it for them. The broad on the phone just wanted to sit there and argue with me about their deceptive wording which includes the word "team" and "crew" on several occasions in our text conversation when I questioned here about why there was only one person here to do a deep clean. She also said that instead of $67hr for one person it would be $90+hr for two people, which I am fine with as long as I am getting an actual deep clean. Once I told here that she called her cleaner that was here and told her to bail, and canceled my service and now won't respond. Like I said, this place is a joke. I think they realized that they were actually going to have to do a real deep clean this time and bailed. Very professional. I'm sure most if not all of the good reviews on here are either their friends or people they have given discounts to for writing them. There aren't that many people that take the time to write reviews for good service. It just doesn't happen. Mike, you are a liar. Your cleaning lady and me had a very nice cordial conversation when she arrived and when she left. She did not understand your companies methods of communication either and said this happens a lot. She was not uncomfortable at all. Good try though, loser.
