Mesa Fresca nails it with fresh, bold Mexican food. Stopped in for an early dinner, the birria tacos are amazing, tender and rich, the Mexican Caesar salad was so unique and delicious, and the fries with chipotle sauce are a must-try. The huge hot sauce bar is a nice touch. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the whole place has a casual, laid-back vibe. Although some of the entrees were a bit pricey it was worth the trip. Go there. Eat there. LOVE IT THERE!

Fantastic - needed to break up a trip from Ottawa and this was perfect. The four different people I spoke with were all lovely, some delicious menu options (I had a tough decision to make, in the end the tacos were amazing). The hot sauce bar was pretty cool, overall a nice space as well. I wish I had known about this sooner but I will definitely be back.

I recently visited this place for the first time, unsure of what to expect, and I was absolutely blown away! The service was exceptional, the food quality was outstanding, and the atmosphere was perfect—cozy yet lively. The food arrived quickly and was incredibly fresh. My mom and daughter both had margaritas, and they were delicious! And of course, the fries—because who doesn’t love fries? The tacos and burger were beyond delicious. Our waiter was fantastic with my mom, who can be a bit picky, and she absolutely loved her burger, even though it was too much for her to finish, so I happily took care of the rest! If you’re ever in Kingston, this place should definitely be on your top 10 list!
