I brought my Honda in for a service for the first time and the process was smooth and comfortable. They offered a space to sit down while I wait which had Coffee/ Tea and Water available. They also had a TV on for entertainment, WiFi to work/play and comfortable chairs. For spending 2 hours here I was actually quite comfortable and the bathrooms were also in good shape considering the 10+ other people waiting. Much nicer than the Waterloo Location experience. Dawson is great to chat with.

My wife and I purchased a $22,000 Honda Civic from this dealership, and shortly after, I noticed a loud and persistent rattle coming from the passenger side A pillar area that occurs whenever I’m driving over 60 km/h. The noise is especially noticeable on windy days. Despite spending hours trying to identify the source myself, I haven’t been able to resolve it. In my search for answers, I found thousands of other Honda owners with the same generation online reporting similar rattles — but mine seems to be caused by something different, which makes it even more frustrating. After going back and forth with the salesperson who sold me the car, I get the impression they’re unwilling to address the issue unless I pay out of pocket for them to figure out the cause, even though the car came with this problem. I wouldn’t recommend this dealership. If you’re thinking about buying a vehicle from them, I strongly suggest taking it for an extended test drive and paying close attention to any unusual noises at various speeds. As someone who has been a loyal Honda customer for years and has owned multiple Civics, this experience has been deeply disappointing. Unfortunately, this will be the last Honda I purchase.
