Great experience with these guys from start to finish. Big shout out to Sheldon, Taylor and the rest of the crew! It took me a while to find a decent cargo van, that was in good shape, and too crazy on price. They were patient and was willing to work with me for my needs in regards to auto financing. PS: they have great rates!

I have been with them for over 20 years and lately the service has been terrible and their services are not the greatest either with these changes that are not very helpful any more it's just that they are in the hood (Northside) and convenient but this Friday August 30/2024 @ 3:43pm was the worst ever..... I went in to deposit my bill money of $800.00 into my checking account the only account I have and I approached the clerk closest to the door due to my hurt knee (bad move on my part), it was the male teller with glasses, short black greasy hair, red (whiskey) nose and I gave him my name and spelled it out to him out loud. I then proceeded to count put the money on the counter and I gave it to him and he put it through the counter then typed it in the computer then I turned to watch the huge screen tv that plays cute animal videos then he gave me the slip to sign which I only checked the amount and not the account (common mistake) at that moment then I signed the paper and he gave me a copy and said that was it have a good weekend! I got home did my thing then checked my account and nothing in there and checked my receipts and noticed that it wasn't my account it was deposited into and the teller name was a female? The bank was closed for the long weekend at this point and I can't pay my bills and the one that was most important and on cutoff notice too thanks alot Median Credit Union and now what am I supposed to do??????? Soneone is having a good time with my $800.00 bill money and Median Credit Union needs to find out who and what happened here, as I will be filing a police report!!!!! Not Happy At All.........D.L. After getting ghosted by our big-five bank when applying for a corporate line of credit, we sought out a small locally-owned credit union to do business with. I'm so glad we went with Me-Dian! It's difficult to put into words how amazing the customer service is with these folks. We started our process by speaking with Sheldon, one of their business development reps. He was fantastic and friendly right off the bat, and got the process moving quickly for us. From there we also worked with David, Josh, and Taylor. Each was an absolute hero for us - making the process easy and reassuring during a stressful growth period for our business. We're probably a little on the needy side as customers at the moment, but they were always quick to answer our questions or help us out in any way they could. Not only is the actual customer service experience exemplary, but it was a valuable learning experience as well. As a new treasurer for our organization, I was given a ton of extremely useful corporate accounting tips by David as he worked us through the process of applying for our loan. Literally the only downside to Me-Dian is that their online/mobile banking offerings are currently a little more basic than what you can get from a bigger bank/CU. Their customer service more than makes up for it though, if you value that. At our big bank I felt like we were a number in a computer's algorithm. At Me-Dian I feel like a person. If that's important to you, give these folks a shot - you won't be disappointed.

I do my regular banking at a different credit union but I've had my car loan through Me-Dian for over a year and I have nothing but positive things to say. I deal with Brian and he is friendly, professional, personable, knowledgeable and goes above and beyond. Every other employee I've had to talk to/deal with has always been super friendly, too. I also love that they offer payment pauses for when life throws you unexpected situations. I would definitely recommend this credit union!
