This particular bank is an absolute disappointment. The staff are unprofessional and incredibly judgmental. They seem more interested in making assumptions about customers. I’ve never felt so unwelcome in a place that’s supposed to manage my money. to make matters worse, the management is just as bad. It feels like no one there actually cares about customer service or basic respect. If you value your time, dignity, or financial security do yourself a favour and bank somewhere else. (Pembina location was way better)

worst banking experience ever. staff are wildly unprofessional and about as financially helpful as a gambling problem. I would give negative stars if the review system allowed. bank anywhere but here. don't waste your time

Contacting Better Business Bureau as they did not contact me when I only owed $3 in my bank account. And now I owe $700 because my bank account was never closed even though it's not supposed to go in the negative. My bank is set up to not go in the negative. You would think that they would reach out, but they did not. I'm gonna pull out my paperwork to make sure what I signed.How's the information I need to sue them as well?Run far away from this bank

Attended this branch at 6:30 p.m. on Saturday to make a withdrawal from the ATM, only to learn cash withdrawals were not available. Pathetic service.
