This business is fabulous! I live outside of Salem in the mountains...not a lot of options for car repair services...found these guys on Google and was not sure if they service my area let alone around the holidays. It was New Years eve day when I called them. They were able to service my car within a few hours after I called them and able to complete their service before I was expected to be at work. They were fast, efficient, polite and available in my desperate time of need! Pricing was reasonable as well. I would highly recommend this company. I have lived all over the US and have never came across a car repair service as competent and genuine as these guys. I will definitely use this company again should I need any future car repair. I had a relay valve on a trailer go out at the dock. They showed up within the time they specified. No minimum hourly for call out. No call out fee. I'm having them do more work on my 93 cabover. I lost a wiper arm they found one locally. Freightliner needed a week to ship. They are rebuilding my air compressor for roughly the same cost of a new one. I'll update once we are all done.

Cody was AMAZING! Not only was able to replace our new serpentine belt that I could not do no matter how much muscle I put into the belt tensioner but he also found an issue with our positive battery terminal. He fixed both in less than 45 min! I will happily use them again and let all my friends know how amazing McFarlands's service is!
