Positive experience from start to finish. Ben and his colleagues were very knowledgeable when we expressed what our needs were and helped us narrow down what type of mattress we needed. Ben walked us through the showroom and let us explore our options with no pressure to upsell. He was honest not to sell us something we didn't want. The price for the mattress we finalized on was the best price compared to Leon's, the Brick, and Sleep Country, for the exact same Beautyrest bed. Delivery was flawless. Vikram and Ashish were polite and took off their shoes at the door. They dropped off the mattress in the exact spot in the bedroom that I intended. Signed sealed delivered. Overall, highly recommended. Would return for future sleep needs.

Today we visited the National Mattress Company, and we were so impressed with everything. From the moment we walked in, the staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and never pushy. They took the time to help us try different mattresses and find exactly what worked for us. One of the best parts was that we got free delivery, which made the whole process even easier and more affordable. The team scheduled delivery quickly and even offered to remove our old mattress. The showroom was clean and organized, and the prices were very fair compared to other stores we looked at. Overall, it was a stress-free experience, and we feel great about our purchase. Highly recommend National Mattress Company to anyone looking for quality products, excellent customer service, and a smooth buying process!

Just a word of caution pls inspect your mattress before opening the plastic cover. The fabric used to cover the mattress is not great quality on the extra firm mattress we bought. It had pilling all over the mattress and we got an exchange it was the same issue. According to them this is not an issue. I have bought several mattresses over the years and never had this issue: keeping my fingers crossed that it lasts with a cover on! Surprisingly the mattress in their showroom which I saw (had no pilling) and inspected and tried how comfortable it was.

Just purchased a beauty queen Springwall mattress for our guest room from National Mattress after looking around at several other big retailers. Far better price than IKEA or the Brick (even with their Canada Day sale), way more selection and the prices are so much lower it’s shocking. They have no tax right now - I feel like I just got the greatest deal ever. Thanks very much to Eden for his excellent knowledge and customer service. Couldn’t have had a better experience.
